ConvoyX is a group motorcycle ride management app that lets riders create and join group rides, view each other's live location during a ride, navigate together, communicate, and send emergency alerts.
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We collect only the information needed to provide ConvoyX's ride, navigation, communication, and safety features. Location is central to how ConvoyX works. With your permission, the App accesses your device's precise (GPS) location to:
ConvoyX may collect location in the background (while the App is not open) so your position stays visible to your convoy and so safety features keep working during an active ride. Background location is used only in connection with an active ride.

ConvoyX uses Google Firebase to power core functionality. Depending on the feature, your information may be processed by the following Firebase services:

ConvoyX uses Google Maps to display maps, show rider locations, and provide navigation and directions. When you use these features, location and map interactions may be processed by Google. Your use of Google Maps within the App is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Google Maps/Google Terms of Service.
With your permission, ConvoyX sends push notifications for events such as ride invites, ride updates, SOS alerts, and other important activity. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings, though this may prevent you from receiving time‑sensitive safety alerts.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections, and access to stored data is controlled through authentication and server‑side security rules. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

ConvoyX is intended for licensed motorcycle riders and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the App or to legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you within the App. Your continued use of ConvoyX after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
