These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ConvoyX mobile application and related services (the "App"), operated by Vedant Bharad ("ConvoyX", "we", "us", or "our"). ConvoyX is a group motorcycle ride management app for creating and joining group rides, live rider tracking, navigation, communication, and emergency alerts.
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

By using the App you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
You must create an account to use ConvoyX. You agree to provide accurate, current information (including your name, phone number, and any emergency details you choose to add) and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
ConvoyX provides features that may include group ride creation, joining rides via invite code, live rider tracking, in‑app navigation and turn‑by‑turn directions, convoy navigation sync, group chat, in‑ride voice channels, SOS emergency alerts, hazard reporting, ride statistics, and a bike garage. Features may change, be added, or be removed over time, and some features require an active internet connection, device permissions, or a ConvoyX+ subscription.
Motorcycle riding is inherently dangerous. ConvoyX is a coordination and communication aid — it is not a safety device and does not make riding safe. You are solely responsible for your own safety and for riding lawfully and responsibly.
By using ConvoyX you acknowledge and accept the risks of motorcycle riding and agree that ConvoyX is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or losses arising from your use of the App or your conduct on the road.
The SOS feature notifies other riders in your convoy and shares your location so they can respond. It is not an emergency response service and is not a substitute for official emergency services. In an emergency, always contact your local emergency number (such as 112, or the police/ambulance) directly.
SOS and hazard alerts depend on network connectivity, GPS, and other riders being available and reachable. Delivery, accuracy, and response are not guaranteed. Do not rely on ConvoyX as your only means of getting help.
Maps, routes, directions, and live rider locations are provided for convenience and may be inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable due to GPS, network, third‑party map data, or device conditions. You must use your own judgement, follow real‑world road signs and conditions, and not rely solely on the App for navigation.
When using ConvoyX, you agree not to:
We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
ConvoyX's core features rely on location. By joining a ride, you consent to share your live location with the other members of that ride while the ride is active. You can manage location permissions in your device settings, but disabling them will limit tracking, navigation, and safety features. See our Privacy Policy for details on how location data is handled.
You retain ownership of the content you create in ConvoyX, such as messages, profile photos, bike details, and hazard reports ("User Content"). You grant ConvoyX a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free licence to host, store, display, and transmit your User Content solely to operate and provide the App. You are responsible for your User Content and confirm you have the rights to share it. We may remove User Content that violates these Terms.
ConvoyX+ is an optional premium plan that unlocks features such as live rider tracking, navigation & auto‑rerouting, convoy sync, full ride analytics, unlimited ride creation, unlimited bikes in the garage, premium ride creation, and in‑ride voice. When a ConvoyX+ member hosts a ride, riders who join that ride may receive premium ride features for the duration of that ride.
Because ConvoyX+ does not auto‑renew, you will never be charged automatically — your subscription simply expires at the end of the paid period unless you choose to buy it again.
ConvoyX relies on third‑party services to function, including Google Maps and Firebase (Google), Agora and LiveKit (voice), and Razorpay (payments). Your use of features powered by these providers is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or availability of third‑party services.
The App, including the ConvoyX name, logo, design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by ConvoyX and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable licence to use the App for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our prior written permission.
You may stop using ConvoyX and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, misuse the App, or create risk or legal exposure for us or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including safety disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will survive.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non‑infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error‑free, secure, or that locations, routes, or alerts will be accurate or timely.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConvoyX and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any death, personal injury, property damage, loss of data, or losses arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App, from your riding, or from the conduct of other riders or third parties. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to ConvoyX in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ConvoyX and its operator from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the App. Your continued use of ConvoyX after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. You agree that the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the App, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to you.
